Photographers are also encouraged to enter our photography competitions.

EVENING SHOW STARTS 7PM

The festival kicks off with a sizzling line up of films on the opening night, followed by a lecture by a guest speaker. Details will be added shortly but last year's line up is below.

Scottish film-maker Simon Christy leads a group of adventurers on a ski mountaineering expedition to the wilderness of Greenland. First descents, dangerous snow conditions and stunning scenery make for a cracking film.

Speed Skiing: The Eiger (5 mins)
This short film consists of some remarkable footage of two Frenchmen who attempt to speed ski the Eiger. They certainly pick up some pace as they take off down the North Face! Francois Bon

A look at the underground sport of bridge and clif jumping in the Highlands, following a group of thrill seekers as they leap from heights of almost 100 feet into rivers. Don't try this at home!
