CORY RICHARDS

Borderlands

Cory Richards describes himself as geographically unstable. His work has seen him travel to the Arctic and to Antarctica, from under the surface of the sea to the highest mountains in the world, and nearly everywhere in between.

EMFF - Cory Richards

Cory’s affair with the camera has taken him from high school dropout to one of National Geographic’s top photographers, a role perpetuated by his climbing career.

Cory’s photographs tell the story of his journeys to the borderlands of society and of human potential, while he provides an intimate, hopeful and humorous insight of the human condition and its relationship with a rapidly-changing planet.
