Lecture You may not know, however, that he is a former climbing and skiing instructor, who has travelled through many of the world's great mountain ranges in destinations such as the Himalayas, Guatemala, Jordan, East Africa and North America. But it's in the hills and glens of Scotland that Cameron is most at home and he has written a number of books about the Scottish mountains.
